At Hadley-Coates Art, every piece is carefully produced, packaged and dispatched with great care. I want you to be delighted with your purchase.
Limited Edition Giclée Prints
Each limited edition giclée print is professionally printed to order, signed and numbered.
UK Orders: Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be posted.
International Orders: International orders are welcome. Before placing your order, please contact me so I can confirm the artwork’s weight and calculate the applicable postage cost to your destination.
As every print is made specifically for your order, they are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your print arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the print, the packaging and any damage
I will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
International Orders
International customers are welcome to order. As shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your order, please contact me before purchasing so I can provide an accurate postage quote and estimated delivery times.
Please note that international orders may take a little longer to dispatch than UK orders. Any additional timescales will be discussed with you before your order is confirmed.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges that may be applied by their country's customs authorities.
