1. About Us
This website is owned and operated by Hadley-Coates, an independent artist based in the United Kingdom.
2. Products
The website offers original artwork, limited edition and open edition giclée prints, and other art-related products.
Every effort is made to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions and images are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.
As each artwork is handmade or professionally printed, slight variations may occur.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
4. Ordering
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product.
An order is accepted only once you receive an order confirmation.
If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be contacted and offered either a full refund or an alternative where appropriate.
5. Payment
Payment must be made in full before orders are dispatched.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. Payment details are not stored on this website.
6. Delivery
Orders are normally dispatched within the timeframe stated on the relevant product page.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, strikes or events outside reasonable control.
7. Returns and Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers purchasing online may have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it.
Artwork must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
Custom-made, personalised or commissioned artwork cannot usually be returned unless faulty.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damage.
Refunds will be processed once returned goods have been received and inspected.
8. Intellectual Property
All artwork, photographs, illustrations, logos, designs and content on this website remain the intellectual property of Hadley-Coates unless otherwise stated.
No artwork or images may be copied, reproduced, distributed, altered or used commercially without prior written permission.
Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright.
9. Commissions
Where commissions are accepted, separate terms may apply and will be agreed before work begins.
Deposits for commissioned work may be non-refundable once work has commenced.
10. Website Use
You agree not to:
● misuse this website;
● attempt to gain unauthorised access;
● upload malicious software;
● copy website content without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
While reasonable care is taken to keep the website accurate and available, no guarantee is given that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hadley-Coates shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law.
